Currently, we accept the following payment methods: VISA (including PostePay), MASTERCARD, Maestro, Diners, JCB, Amazonpay, Scalapay, Satispay, and Paypal.

Should I keep my order number?

Customers should retain their order number for reference when contacting Customer Care. The order number is included in the purchase confirmation email and is also accessible for registered customers in the "My Profile" section.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

For orders in Italy, you can request an invoice during the online purchase process, and it will be sent via email. For other countries, invoices are automatically generated and sent via email.

Choose a payment method on the "Payment" page, and confirm your order on the "Confirm" page after accepting the terms and conditions.
