By decree filed with the court registry on October 14, 2025, and published on October 15, 2025, pursuant to Article 19 of the Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019, as amended (‘CCII’), the Court of Bologna sets the hearing for November 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to be held remotely, without physical appearance of the parties or the expert before the Court itself.
