ANTICA VALSERCHIO FOR POLLINI

Pollini and the textile company Antica Valserchio join forces to tell a story of craftsmanship and tradition with a sustainable approach.

From the collaboration between the two manufacturing companies comes a brand new version of the famous Pollini knight boots and matching tote bag.

The two iconic models are made by combining reclaimed leathers and fabrics from previous processing: threads of leather and wool are woven using the ancient method of hand-spun spool weaving, a handcrafted technique in which Antica Valserchio excels with mastery and which makes the final product unique and invaluable.

The possibility of combining many materials and giving a second life to scraps of leather, yarn and fur is the main special feature of this type of packaging, which is as historic as it is contemporary, in step with the basic principles of the circular economy now in the limelight in the fashion world.

"Made in Italy" quality and attention to detail shine through in the creation process and in the tales of the artisans, immortalized in the two factories in Gatteo and Lucca, the jewels in the crown of the Tuscan-Romagna region.

A limited edition of a few unique and unrepeatable pieces is thereby born.
