On 16 January 2026, Pollini S.p.A. filed a petition to request an extension of the protective and precautionary measures already granted by the Bologna Tribunal in proceedings R.G. No. 14078/2025 - Voluntary Jurisdiction - Judge Ms Rimondini.
With the order dated 19 January 2026, the Court requested that the appointed expert, Mr Ranalli, provide an opinion on the request submitted by the company by 29 January 2026.
