How many articles can you purchase?

On Pollini Online Boutique the one and only restriction is bound by the availability of the articles at the warehouse.

How can I delete or add one or more items to the shopping cart?

If you want to delete or add one or more garments from/to the shopping cart, you can do it in the Shopping bag.

What payment methods does Pollini Online Boutique accept?

Currently we accept following Credit Cards VISA (including PostePay), MASTERCARD, Maestro, Diners, JCB and Paypal. In Italy only you can pay with Cash on delivery.

Do I need to keep my order number?

The customer must keep his/her order number in order to be able to refer to it should there be a need to contact our Customer Care. The order number is listed in the eMail message that summarizes your purchase and indicates the date and time of order.

Registered customers can find their order history into "My profile" section.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Italy: to receive an invoice for your order, you must make a request during the on-line purchasing procedure. If you so request, your invoice will be sent to you by eMail. Others countries: your invoice will be generated and will be sent by eMail when parcel is in the care of courier.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel a placed order you must contact Customer Care as soon as possibile, in any case before the order is shipped. Orders that do not have a recorded payment transaction are automatically cancelled.

What is the right procedure to conclude and order and pay?

Clicking on the "Shopping bag" button and then on the "Proceed to purchase" button you start the checkout process.
You access the summary of the the "Shopping bag". In this page you can modify quantity or delete an item or go to its detail page by clicking on its image. Shipping charges are also shown in this page. If you have a promotional code you can enter it in the "Have you got a promotion code?" and then click the button to re-calculate the total. To proceed click the "Checkout" button.
In the following page "Login" you can access the site as a registered customer, or you can register as a new customer. You can also place your order as a guest. Click on the "Login" button to proceed.
The "Addresses" page shows your "Shipping addrees" and let you specify a different "Invoice address" in case you need to receive an invoice for a Person or for a Company. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
The "Payment" page proposes several payment options that can be different for any destination country. The Pollini Online Boutique does not store any data about your payment. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
The "Confirm" page shows a summary of your data and the payment method you selected. In order to proceed it is necessary to accept the "General sales terms" by clicking on the button. To place your order click on the "Confirm your order" button.

In what step is the amount debited to my Credit Card?

The amount is debited to your Credit Card only upon shipment of the goods.

Is my Credit Card data protected?

Pollini Online Boutique does not store any Credit Cards or PayPal data used for purchase. Those data are supplied directly to the payment gateway. {$sitename}} site does not handle the Credit Card or PayPal data directly in any manner. The data is sent directly to the bank using authorized international circuits that return the result of the transaction, providing the information regarding the success of purchase.

Can I pick up into a store the goods I purchased online?

{$sitename}} currently sells online only and does not perform retail sales at its stores. If you wish to purchase at a store, please refer to your local retailer.

Shall I pay import duties or taxes?

Duties and taxes are paid by Still4.
Shipments made in the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Egypt, HongKong, India, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Qatar, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vatican City State, Vietnam may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country. Duties and taxes are paid by Still4, the customer is not required to pay any additional charge upon delivery.

Can I request shipment to an address other than my billing address?

You can request shipment of the goods to a different address than the billing address, within the same recording country, by following the instructions in "Shipping" box of the "Addresses" page.
This box summarizes the information for delivery of the order, which may be different from the customer information if the goods are for delivery to another person or to another address, etc. You can simply specify in the "C/O" field if this is a delivery to a workplace, indicating the name on the doorbell.

If the addressee for the order is not present when the package is delivered, what happens?

If no one who can receive the order and sign the receipt is available at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave an advisory and will contact the addressee to establish a delivery time.

What can I do if the model, color, or size is not right?

The customer has the right to recede from the purchase contract for any reason and proceed with the return of the good, without providing explanations

How do I return goods?

The customer must contact Customer Care to be allowed to return.
Customer Service will provide instructions on how to proceed for collection by an authorized courier.
The right of withdrawal shall apply only for the entire purchased product and is in any case subject to the following conditions: - the goods purchased must be whole and returned in their original package, complete in all their parts (including packaging and documentation (if any), etc...);
- the goods purchased must have its Return form attached;
- in no case shall labels or adhesive tapes be applied directly onto the original product package.
Right of withdrawal is totally cancelled, due to lack of the prerequisite of the wholeness of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in all those cases where Still4 ascertains that:
- the original internal packing and/or external packaging are missing;
- accessory product components are missing (accessories, parts, ...);
- the product is damaged for causes other than its transport.
When the right of withdrawal is cancelled Still4 shall return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging him for shipping charges.

Who carries the cost of shipment?

Pollini Online Boutique offers free return for all your orders.

How am I reimbursed?

Upon receipt of the returned Customer Service assesses compliance with the requirements described .
With the exception of costs for the repair of damages to the original packaging, Still4 will reimburse the customer the full sum paid within 14 days max from the return of the goods. The refund will occur with different method depending on the payment system used in the order.

Purchases made outside the Euro zone will be refunded considering the exchange rate on the day the credit is processed.
